Inside Sales Representative

Voyant currently has an inside sales representative position available for a sales and customer service focused candidate. This role carries out a number of functions including making outbound calls to generate sales and to achieve assigned territory sales goals. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, relationship-builder with a minimum of six months i nside sales experience. Also, an excellent opportunity for promotion/career advancement as the team grows.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving sales-related activities to achieve established sales targets and goals within the assigned territory
  • Cold call a targeted list of prospects to introduce Voyant's Financial Planning & Wealth Management Solution
  • Schedule and assist Sales with initial product presentations with prospects
  • Discuss pricing options with prospective advisors to make sure they are aware of the options available to support their needs
  • Follow up with inbound leads and provide them with information on our product offerings and get them scheduled for solution demonstrations
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) using Salesforce CRM
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of daily sales activities and tasks

AWS DevOps Engineer

Voyant is seeking an AWS DevOps engineer to join our small but growing DevOps team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop tools (e.g. dashboards) to continuously improve maintainability, monitoring, security and scalability of Voyant production environments (We have at least 5 separate production environments).
  • Propose, design, and develop new DevOps projects, often in concert with our AWS consultant partner.
  • Coordinate and perform periodic maintenance of all test and production AWS deployments (image updates, disaster recovery test, etc.)
  • Develop expertise in our current deployment solution, and continually design enhancements. Technologies used include: EC2, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, Route53, Jenkins, OpenVPN, Tomcat, Apache, Java.
  • Setup and maintain internal DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Support customer internal deployments of Voyant services and applications.

Voyant currently has an Enterprise Sales Representative position available for an experienced, fintech sales and customer service focused candidate. The role is responsible to lead all sales efforts for financial institutions and appropriate sub-segments (banks, brokerage, insurance, RIA, trust companies) in accordance with the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target for the Enterprise segment. This position is responsible and accountable to advance the company's efforts to identify, source, develop, and close new enterprise sales relationships to consistently deliver annual ARR targets for this segment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed the company's sales and marketing efforts within the enterprise segment and within the assigned territory
  • Contribute and exhibit behaviors of a modern sales organization that leads with insights and solutions to understand and address the needs of enterprise clients
  • Position Voyant's solutions through an interactive, engaging, and innovative sales experience
  • Understand and address the needs of a variety of market sub-segments that exist (e.g. Independent, Bank Wealth, RIA, Insurance)
  • Leverage best practices to maximize pipeline creation, sales presentations, and close new business
  • Provide input to Marketing about strategies and programs targeted at Enterprise relationships
  • Understand target customer needs, develop proposals, and accurately articulate Voyant's value proposition at the executive level
